Comments: Dr. O’Connor has excellent interpersonal skills. His demeanor is calming in the face of bad news. He explained the problem and the surgical treatment thoroughly, and in a manner that is comprehensible to a lay person. We have had two visits with him over the past 2 years and we were pleased with his conservative approach.
