Comments: I saw Dr. O’Conner for back pain. He was kind and caring. He sat down with my husband and I to hear what was happening and did not interupt what we had to say. He asked pertinent questions and I did not feel rushed. I ended up with surgery and could not be happier with the results. He and his staff made the surgical process very easy. I have been a nurse for 42 years and was amazed by his demeanor and his quite confident approach. If I could I would give him a 10+. The Marcus Neuroscience Institute was efficient and very patient focused. This attitude and approach started from the front door to every aspect of my care.
